ManpowerGroup Announces Validated Science-Based Targets and Commits to Achieve Net Zero by 2045 or Sooner

We are proud to be the first and only company in our industry to have independent, scientifically-validated confirmation of our climate action targets by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi). Committing to these ambitious targets to cut greenhouse gas emissions by 2030 is the latest milestone in our Climate Action Plan to measure and reduce full value-chain impact and a key part of our ambition to reach net zero by 2045 or sooner.

Our Working to Change the World plan reflects the United Nations Global Compact sustainability principles and the UN Sustainable Development Goals

We have been actively engaged with the United Nations (UN) since signing the Global Compact in 2006. In 2015, the UN established the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), its blueprint for a more sustainable future. We are committed to promoting all the goals and are particularly focused on those goals where we can have the biggest impact.
