I'm still buzzing from my incredible visit to India last week! This beautiful country has always held a special place in my heart, and my recent trip has only deepened that connection. From engaging discussions on diversity and inclusion, to celebrating the outstanding achievements of our Kyndryl team members, to sharing our Kyndryl story with our Alliance partners, and, of course, inaugurating our new office - I cherished every moment spent with the Kyndryl India team. Thank you to the local team for their warm hospitality. Your passion and dedication truly make Kyndryl an exceptional place. This facility is more than just a workspace—it's a hub of innovation designed to foster collaboration, enhance experiences for both customers and employees, and drive our mission of delivering resilient, future-ready solutions.   This state-of-the-art facility will support Kyndryl’s global delivery operations and promote a hybrid working model. Here, customers can engage with interactive demos on cloud, AI, IoT, and cybersecurity solutions, troubleshoot challenges with our experts, and collaboratively develop tailored solutions that drive business transformation.   It is an honor to celebrate this momentous occasion with our honorary guests and the dedicated Kyndryls who share in this journey. This week I attended the Gartner Tech Growth & Innovation Conference in Texas. The sessions were packed with insights on navigating the rapidly evolving tech landscape. From understanding the ripple effect of innovation in the digital age to practical strategies like revamping account targeting and driving growth in existing accounts, every session offered valuable takeaways. I particularly enjoyed diving into GenAI and learning about the keys to successful enterprise adoption, as well as gaining insights from Gartner's benchmarks on demand generation for high-growth organizations. Grateful for the opportunity to learn and network with industry leaders driving innovation forward! #TheHeartOfProgress

Despite my team, the Carolina Panthers, coming in dead last place this season, I never lose my love for football. I’ll be watching the big game today, alongside family and friends, remembering that life is a bit like football – full of ups, downs, and even fumbles. But with each new play comes the opportunity to do something new and great. Just like football, let’s tackle challenges directly, learn from setbacks, and run it across the goal line together…something my panthers will hopefully be doing more of next season.   My prediction for today’s game: The 49ers win it 31 – 24, with McCaffrey scoring two touchdowns, and Travis & Taylor’s story book ending falling just short. Either way, best of luck to both fanbases and… GO PANTHERS!
